March 6– Ditch the electronic devices to take a walk with a relative, friend or pet (or just by yourself)!
We all need to take a break from the electronic world. Sometimes, I like to sit in my living room, read a book or magazine with no TV. Even if you don't like to leave your home without your phone, you can leave your phone in your pocket, it doesn't always have to be in your hand.
Remember to have fun and Just do Genealogy!
