Did you know they are assigned a date, time and location for their scheduled naturalization ceremony and failing to appear more than once for their naturalization ceremony may lead to a denial of their application? Also, on the day of their Ceremony, they must return their Permanent Resident Card. They will receive a Certificate of Naturalization that they must use as official proof that they are now a U.S. Citizen. Luckily, they have a process for requesting a replacement if needed.
